Looking for an arrangement/property manager (Bay Park)

Good day, I’m looking for a mutually beneficial arrangement in exchange for my rental house in Mission Bay.
I don’t have time for a traditional relationship but enjoy the benefits of one so I figured I’d post.
I’ve had an arrangement before with great success and now that I’m back in San Diego I’m seeking again.
I’m a late thirties real estate investor and I have a rental house in mission bay that will be available as part of the arrangement.
You would be the sole occupant in the house as I have my own home in San Diego.
The house is a 3bd/3.
5ba home that’s partially furnished.
There’s a Washer/dryer in the home, AC, backyard, garage and close to mission bay park.
I’m looking for female only and I’m looking for a long term mutually beneficial arrangement.
