I am Peter 71 yrs old ( Navy retired) has a quiet very clean house.
I have 3 bedrooms upstairs with full bathroom ( Share with other renters).
One of the bedroom is furnished.
2 unfurnished.
downstairs bedroom and downstairs bath is for me.
I am trying to put a good rent price ( comparing with others at the area) so I can choose a good ppl to share my house.
$1000 for unfurnished room ( including Electricity ) - if u want TV at yr room, u need to pay for it.
