Shared living facility for senoir 62 and older we have bingo and movie nights we have outing once a month prepare 3 meals a day wifi cable utilities included we have 2 beds open for females and 3 beds open for males we are not assisted living most our residents use the social security to pay rent we ask $900.
00 a month per bed we have a large house in eucalyptus hills lakeside it is a country style home with a gorgeous view a nice neighborhood to walk through and it is very quite and peaceful.
Nearest bus stop is 2 miles away also nearest store but uber does come out here and all food delivery services it is nestled in the hills of San Diego just had new floor new paint upgrade appliances and brand new central a/c and heat !
