HOA Manager Responsibilities: Management of HOAs including all maintenance matters, responding to owner inquiries, coordinating contractors, organizing and attending meetings, application of CC&Rs and By-Laws, observance of Davis Stirling Act Coordinate with Board of Directors to keep informed and obtain approvals Obtain competitive bids, qualifying contractors to perform projects, approve contractor invoices Prepare budgets Obtain Reserve Studies Manage insurance claims Qualifications and Experience: Some experience in property and/or HOA management CCAM Certification preferable Paralegal experience a plus Computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, familiar with property management systems and use of shared databases Must have own transportation, local travel required up to 25 miles.
