Property Manager (South Bay-South San Diego)

This job requires candidate to be Bilingual.
We are currently seeking an experienced and customer service oriented property manager to handle a wide range of tasks for a central San Diego property management company with over 20 years in business.
• Lease homes and apartments by showing • Approving the applications, drafting the lease and signing the lease with the tenants.
• Organize your own time and schedule.
• Take maintenance requests by phone and e-mail and enter into the property management software.
• Property Inspections.
• Tenant troubleshooting with issues such as roommate changes and mold issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Rent Collections.
Experience & Requirements • Two Years minimum experience in the industry.
• This is a career position.
• Clean driving record and vehicle.
