```Duties```
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property management office
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, submitting necessary reports and filing documents
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Manage turn over process upon tenant move in and move out.
- Conduct property showings and assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Collect deposits for new tenants and manage their move in process
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and owners and address any concerns or issues that may arise
```Experience```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with property management software such as Appfolio or similar platforms
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Understanding of property maintenance processes and ability to coordinate repairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations professionally
- Experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of real estate administrative processes and contracts
