We are looking for a leasing agent to join our team who will provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants.
*Job Description:* The Leasing Agent position is responsible for leasing new apartments and managing the current leases in AppFolio.
This position will be responsible for assisting with new leases, processing new lease applications, and assisting with lease renewals.
The ideal candidate will have strong leasing skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.
*Responsibilities:* *New Lease Leasing* - New lease applications are received daily via email or phone.
*New Lease Processing* - New lease applications are processed through AppFolio, our online leasing system.
*Leasing Renewals* - Leasing Agent will be responsible for lease renewals as required *Customer Service* - Exceptional customer service is paramount and a standard of Mountain West Properties.
