We are seeking experienced Loan Officers to call and close our leads.

*Responsibilities:*
* Dial for dollars / Must be comfortable on the phone
* Advise borrowers on financial status and available loan options
* Guide customers through the loan application process
* File loan applications and supporting documents
* Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans

*Qualifications:*
* Preferred at least 2 years of experience as a licensed loan officer taking and managing leads
* 2yrs + experience in Non-QM preferred but not required
* Familiarity with financial and lending practices
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be NMLS licensed
* Must be cleared by background check

Earning potential of up to $300,000+ per year!

Pay: $2,608.
00 - $40,000.
