Community Manager

We seek a talented *Community Manager* to assist with certifications and other tasks to support overall Property Management team and organizational goals.

*Required Qualifications:* * Knowledge of Yardi and Rent Cafe property management software.
* Expertise in California landlord/tenant and fair housing laws.
* Knowledge of, and demonstrated skills in, de-escalation during emotionally charged interactions with residents.
*Required experience:* * Property Management: 3 years * Supervisory: 1 year *Required license or certification:* * Valid California driver's license and a good driving record required.
* Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance to be able to travel to and from the 2 sites.
* Must be computer literate with knowledge of various software applications including Microsoft Office suite and Yardi and RealPage The position requires good customer service, communication and organizational skills, positive and professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
This position also includes full rental compensation for a one-bedroom apartment.
This position includes a free apartment on-site as part of the compensation package.
