House cleaner to help us clean.. $23 hr (encinitas)

I need a detail cleaner to help us clean, residential and vacation rentals.
preferably another woman .
We clean two to three houses a day.
Most of the homes are in La Jolla , Del Mar and Encinitas.
You need to have a vacumn and some cleaning supplies.
Please have experience! Payday is every Friday.
I do not take taxes out.
Its about 25 hrs week.
A Saturday or Sunday a must.
