Remote Personal Assistant - $20/hour (San Diego)

We are a busy working family (a mom, dad, and three kids) looking for a remote personal assistant to help with family/household related tasks to be done over the phone/computer.
Typical tasks would include scheduling appointments for our family (doctor, dentist, etc.
), maintaining our family calendar, researching and booking camps for our kids, researching and booking our vacations, scheduling handymen to give us quotes for work on our house, and other similar type tasks.
This work can be done remotely and we are flexible as to the days and hours in which this work would be completed.
We think it would be something like 3-5 hours per week, but this could be adjusted up or down depending on how it goes.
You would just track your time independently and we will pay $20/hour for the time worked.
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills are a must since we will keep track of the tasks and notes in a shared Excel document.
