Experienced Sportfishing Deckhand (San Diego)

We are seeking a fantastic deckhand to add to our crew effective April 2024.
We are a newly redesigned 12 pack sleep aboard custom luxury yacht which offers a great upscale experience to our guests; including high profile business clients.
We require strong customer service skills, hard working attitude, good communication, teamwork skills, and physical capability to lift and carry heavy items on and off boat (I.
e.
luggage, provisions and big fish).
Must be knowledgable with fishing gear, tackle, and boat etiquette.
This person will be assisting our customers with boarding and disembarking from the boat.
General cleaning and housekeeping tasks performed when required.
Available to work on a flexible schedule; as well as back to back trips.
Dependable and willing to submit to random drug screening.
Provides simple maintenance for the boat and tasks that don’t require an engineer or specialist.
Participation in safety processes, and keeping watch during poor weather situations.
Comfortable managing lines and rigging tackle.
We provide company issued work attire (shirts and tee shirts).
We operate on a high level standard as a 65 ft x 18 ft luxury sport fishing boat.
Hardcore fishing background is a plus.
