YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR BACK OFFICE MANAGER
You will work from 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in dispatching, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and vendor management.
You will be responsible for efficiently coordinating our field technicians' schedules, ensuring that customer appointments are promptly and accurately dispatched.
You will also oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment collection, and collaborate with accounts payable to manage vendor payments.
Additionally, your payroll expertise will be vital in accurately processing payroll for our team!
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Experience with ServiceTitan
Experience running payroll
Experience collecting past due invoices
Knowledge of plumbing back office operations
