MUST BE ABLE TO WORK PM SHIFT 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
This position is full time and eligible for group health benefits including Medical, Dental and more.
This position pays $22.
05 per hour.
The Line Cook will be responsible for planning, preparing, set up and providing quality service in any area of food production station or level.

Maintains cleanliness and inspects working conditions of all tools, equipment and supplies to ensure compliance to standards.
Performs prep work and production of items needed for the day.
Selects, cleans, and prepares all raw items.
Minimizes waste and maintains controls to attain forecasted food targets.
Disinfects and sanitizes cutting boards, work areas and tools.
Maintains and abides by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
Follows policies and procedures supporting organization's goals and values.
Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, maintain concentration, and complete all work assigned.

Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
Be a Team Player and encourage the teamwork attitude among staff.
Ensure total guest satisfaction.
Follow supervisor's instructions and performs other duties as directed or assigned.
