About being our Land Surveyor
As our Surveyor, you will be part of a survey team with a wide variety of projects spanning the public and private sectors.
Responsibility Highlights for our Land Surveyor
Completing tasks for a broad range of assignments requiring knowledge of surveying/mapping
Performing parcel research using on-line resources
Construction support and knowledge with field surveying
ALTA Survey knowledge
Calculating record information for the analysis of boundary and easements
Use of processing and drafting programs including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson, Trimble Business Center
Processing field data and preparation of topographic maps
Preparing legal descriptions and plats for property transfer and acquisition
Providing support to field crews
Collaborating with members of the survey team to deliver high level survey products
Minimum Qualifications to be our Land Surveyor
3-5 years' of relevant experience in surveying
Public and private mapping experience (subdivision maps, parcel maps, record of survey maps, legal description, and exhibits, etc.
)
Experience in AutoCAD/Civil3D or MicroStation
Lidar and Geospatial Awareness
Experience reading and interpreting deeds
Knowledge of fundamental boundary survey principles

A competitive salary! The expected range for this position is $32.
00 - $40.
00/hour depending on experience.
Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates
