Responsibilities Peraton is searching for a talented Field Support Services Specialist to become part of Peraton's Citizens Security & Public Services, Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities: As an integral part of the team, the role involves providing expert and second-tier technical support and analysis to field engineers and technicians.
This encompasses offering technical advice and guidance on the installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of technical products, programs, and systems.
Additionally, the position involves testing, training, and providing support to customers regarding the technical aspects of designated systems and services.
•Ensure the accurate creation of tickets.
•Verify tickets align with the EUS team's scope.
•Monitor tickets for any SLA infringements.
•Escalate tickets as necessary to ensure SLA compliance.
•Collaborate daily with SDMs on escalations.
•Follow up with perspective technicians as needed to ensure effective communication and resolution.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications: •High School Diploma with 0 years of experience •US Citizenship •Proficiency in using incident management tools such as ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, Remedy, or CA Service Desk.
•Strong understanding of VPN connectivity and troubleshooting.
•Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Corporate Email Systems, and Active Directory.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work within strict time frames.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Target Salary Range $39,000 - $62,000.
This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
