Clinical Supervisor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Scripps Ranch leadership team! This can be a part time (10+ hours) or full-time onsite position which enjoys all the employee benefits.
We are looking for someone who loves working with children, teens, and supporting a team.
Must have a minimum of two years of experience working with youth and ability to supervise associate clinicians.
We are an outpatient private practice.
We provide referrals, intake staff, billing, and marketing are provided.

Must be licensed in CA.
One year minimum commitment at the start, but hopefully long-term commitment with our team.

Compensation: $50 - $65 hourly Responsibilities: At Grow Through Life Counseling, our Clinical Leaders work to ensure that the location they oversee runs smoothly and patient care is the utmost priority.
The duties of our clinical leader include ensuring every patient who is seen at the location has a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door until the end of their treatment.
The clinical leader is onsite full-time at the location they oversee.
It is expected that they bring positive, calm, and professional energy to the workspace.
The clinical leader will contribute to a positive and inviting office morale.
They are the “go-to” person for clinicians’ questions and concerns.
The clinical leader is also responsible for planning social events and nurturing connections within the team.
The clinical leader works closely with other clinical leaders from every location and reports to the director of clinical administration.
Clinical Leader Responsibilities: Prioritize a positive client experience at the office location (and for the telehealth clients) When needed, consult with licensed staff (plus monthly licensed consultation) Monthly check-ins with all clinicians at the office Contribute to a new staff member’s onboarding and ongoing training experience Problem-solve and find solutions independently Be available in the office for safety concerns, questions, and consistent support Conduct 30-day check-ins, 90-day reviews, and annual clinical evaluations When needed, interview potential candidates for the location Communicate with Clinical Leader Assistant in regard to office supplies Follow the monthly checklist for maintaining an inviting and positive space Communicate with the Director of Clinical Administration regarding clinical matters and hiring concerns Attend weekly Clinical Leader meeting Follow and submit the Clinical Leader checklist on a monthly basis Review and approve notes of new licensed staff for the first 90 days of employment Approve time off requests through Gusto and update Therapy Notes calendar Meet individually once a month with the Director of Clinical Administration Address any disciplinary issues or patient care issues with support from Human Resources Accountability for staff retention Lead and live by the company values: Growth Mindset Work-life balance Integrity and trust Sense of purpose Fantastic culture Emotional investment in relationships Encourage and recognize others while nurturing relationships Lifelong learning and development Maintaining a high-quality patient experience Commitment to providing great clinical care Qualifications: Must be 2 years post-licensure in CA to be a clinical supervisor Military Culture experience (preferred) Assessment and diagnosis Treatment planning Outpatient care provider Willingness to work with couples (preferred) Experience with military populations (preferred) Ability to clinically supervise Team player (required) Ability to multi-task and respond promptly to team Organizational skills Strong clinical boundaries Ready to lead a team Address employment-related concerns Address clinical concerns Support a positive and supportive location culture About Company We believe happy, well-trained, and supported therapists in a positive and healthy work community provide a higher quality of care to children, teens, adults, couples, and families throughout life.
