*Summary: *Responsible to provide excellent delivery of patient care through timely processing of patients in a professional manner, consistent with company policies and objectives.
*Essential Responsibilities *include the following.

* Support the Center Managers in holding all staff accountable to our excellent patient care standards while the supervisors are not present at the sites.
* Own ensuring proper front desk staffing on weekends through coordinating staffing plans for all sites.
* Act as the first point of contact for staff when issues arise over the weekend.
* Make decisions that align with our standard of excellent patient care and service and reach out for leadership support when appropriate.
* Communicate with Center Managers and Modality Directors when necessary.
* Leads team to operate at max efficiency while delivering excellent customer service and upholding all company standards when Center Managers are both in and out of office.
* Responsible for any patient incident while Manager is not in office and ensuring all company standards are being represented while resolving any issue.
* Act as a representative of the company as the first point of contact by greeting patients and visitors in a warm and welcome manner; provides exemplary customer service by treating patients, coworkers, and visitors with courtesy and respect.
* They will need to advocate that everyone performs their standard work.
* Process patients by collecting information, verifying accuracy, and correctly inputting data into our system by meeting all (9) Registration and Billing criteria; complies with federal and local laws with regard to ensuring patient privacy
* Reviews medical record for completeness, assembles records into standard order, and files records in designated areas according to applicable alphabetic and numeric filing systems
* Timely answer incoming calls to center and schedule appointments for patients and/or referring physician offices.
* Communicate effectively with patients, referring physician offices, and/or other departments regarding delay or issues relating to patient appointments, or any matters relating to patient care
* Confirms appointments in advance to remind patients of upcoming appointments, and assist with rescheduling if needed
* Collects payments and enters correct billing or insurance information for all encounters; applies payments and adjustments to patient accounts, and reconciles daily reports
*Education and/or Experience* - Associate degree (A.
A.
) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
