We transport our guests from Southern Patagonia to the Mediterranean while they dine – from the coastal cream decor, to the warmth and comfort of live embers crackling amongst the sound of vintage Italian vinyl, from that first sip of Campari, to that mouthwatering taste of flame kissed Argentinian steak, finishing with the final unforgettable last bite of tiramisu.

The Amalfi Llama is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to help lead the new restaurant concept.
In this role, you will set the tone for the team and help bring our new concept to life.
Your leadership role is critical in supporting the execution of the restaurant strategy to achieve performance goals and drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the restaurant.
You'll establish and cultivate a culture in your restaurant that's aligned with Energy, Discovery, and Community.

Many of our guests are joining us for the items they crave or offerings they wish to explore.
