*Salary: $80,000 base*, plus weekly (easily achievable) bonus for potential 90k annual salary.
+ many additional compensations.
Salary structure goes up based on years of experience up to approximately *99k* annually.
Productivity bonus based on approximately one visit per hour Can be teamed up directly with a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to promote cohesive side-by-side treatments and a team approach.

Daily notes now take only 1-2 minutes, and evaluations are completed in just 6-8 minutes.
*3D infrared analysis:* We have developed an amazing tool that scans your patients movements for ROM deficits and finds compensations patterns.
You can utilize this information to find areas of focus and help patients see deficits and improve objectively.

WSPT will provide: WSPT provides training and prep for the Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification as well as the OCS examination for DPT’s.
WSPT provides training and mentorship hours for the Advanced Proficiency Pathway in Orthopaedics through the APTA.
This is the equivalent to the OCS certification for PTs.
WPST pays for the training, APTA membership as well as coordinating the certification process with the APTA.
Bi-weekly mentorship training in high-level manual therapy techniques, aquatic therapy, and advanced exercise progression Post graduate in-house certification through NOMPTI (Neuro Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Institute) Optional monthly on-site practical examination.
$100 every time you get certified in a body part (e.
g.
NOMPTI Certified Cervical Spine Specialist) Onsite continuing education course hosting.
Free attendance for PT’s.
