Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

is seeking Per Diem CHHA to be out in the field with our patients.
As a CHHA, you will be responsible for the completion of assigned visits, assessments, admissions, educating and supporting the patient.
Provide timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care.
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem Pay: $30.
