Procurement Solutions Executive
Reports to: Procurement Manager
Status: Regular, Full Time, Exempt
Location: Remote
POSITION SUMMARY
The position of a Procurement Solutions Executive takes a results-driven sales lead qualifier to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
In this role, the Procurement Sales Executive are responsible for expanding a company's procurement customer base by using prospecting strategies to identify prospects, book first time appointments, and fill the Procurement Department Pipelines.
These efforts will directly boost top-line revenue growth, and profitability by winning quotes and closing deals.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES Consistently building pipelines of new qualified leads to increase procurement monthly revenue to the company goal.
Consistently add new qualified leads to the pipeline each week.
Schedule appointments on a weekly basis to introduce and hand off prospects to Procurement Specialists.
Close deals and win quotes to increase revenue.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, networking, and cold calling to qualify leads and explain products and services offered.
Deliver pre-qualified sales leads to a Procurement Specialist.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule (quotas are subject to change).
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports in HubSpot and ConnectWise.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Updating and maintaining customer account records, including contact names and numbers for future deals in ConnectWise Manage.
Aggressively follow up on business opportunities.
Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Attend and represent the company at networking and tradeshow events.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE Minimum of two (2) Years of Experience Proven work experience as a sales representative Familiarity with CRM or ConnectWise Manage practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
