As LeanSixSigma Black Belt Project Manager, you are a highly experienced and skilled professional who has been responsible for leading and executing Lean Six Sigma projects supporting specific business units within the US.

Primary Responsibilities: Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement projects in the Dispensing Professional Services Department.
Identify and eliminate waste in knowledge systems and physical processes.
Improve processes to eliminate complexity and reduce costs.
Train and mentor other employees on Lean Six Sigma principles.
Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Gather and analyze data to identify root causes of problems Communicate project status and results to stakeholders.
Ability to communicate financial impact of a continuous improvement initiative.
Stay up-to-date on Lean Six Sigma best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will require: Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt is highly preferred.
Minimum 4 years in a related and highly regulated industry such as Healthcare, Health-tech, Finance, Fin-Tech, Ad-Tech, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device or Technology.
2+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma running large scale projects and cross functional Kaizen events.
Experience in using transactional Lean Six Sigma capabilities in the services space (Implementation, Professional services, contact centers, sales, commercial operations.
) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge and expertise using applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Power tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Executive level presentation skills with financial impact story telling capabilities (money belt.
) Demonstrates a consultative approach to problem solving.
