Lab Cleaner Position: Critical Environment Technician Classification: Hourly Reports to: Supervisor JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective: The Critical Environment Technician is responsible for keeping assigned cleanroom areas in a clean and orderly condition and free of contamination.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, responsible, highly motivated, able to multi-task, and pay high attention to detail.
Essential Functions: Works in controlled environments where strict rules and procedures must be followed to prevent contamination.
Wears specific cleanroom garments while working for safety purposes.
Follows and executes client’s cleanroom SOPs and documentation processes.
Performs proper cleaning methods such as; vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning all work surfaces/equipment, mopping of walls, ceilings, and floors.
Willingness to learn new concepts to understand cleanroom techniques and demonstrate proper cleanroom behavior fully.
