Urban Farmer
Job focus is to be involved in the day-to-day operations of our Organic Microgreens operation and TERI's urban farms.
Includes but is not limited to seeding, harvesting, weighing, packaging, planting, and other farming techniques.
Open to learning greenhouse practices.
Enjoys working outdoors.
This includes working at multiple locations, 555 Deer Springs Rd San Marcos CA, & and our urban farm located in Vista CA.
Multiple Positions Available
Full time: 30-35 Hours / week.
Flexible scheduling available & Weekend Availability a plus!
Part Time: 16-24 hours/ week.
Range: $17.
00 -$17.
50 /Hour
Position Requirements:
Must be able to work successfully independently and demonstrate effective time management skills, adapt to frequently changing work environment/needs.
Work well as part of a team.
Irrigation / plumbing experience a plus.
Must maintain reliable personal transportation for use during work hours and must maintain valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be able to regularly lift, push or pull up to 25 pounds, frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift, push or pull 100 pounds.
Acceptable criminal background check.
High school degree/GED preferred.
