*Job Description*
There are many nurses out there but only a few like you! The ideal Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is detail oriented, self-driven, friendly, and most importantly, possesses a desire to help provide the best Home Health Services in San Diego County!
* The Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) attends to the needs of our patients, families, and caregivers.
* Utilizes critical thinking skills in assessing the needs of patients/caregivers and provides guidance, reassurance and direct care to home-bound patients.
* Possesses the ability to effectively communicate with patients/significant others, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while maintaining standards of professional nursing and clinical competency.
*Qualifications*
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
* Valid license as a Vocational Nurse in the State of California
* Home Health experience is preferred
* Current Basic Life Support Certification
* Minimum one year recent professional nursing experience
* Valid California Driver’s License
