As a MH/BH/IDD Licensed Vocational Nurse you will be coordinating services and care in a community-based program.
The position is responsible for overall medical needs of assigned individuals in our program.
Performs nursing duties including assessment, treatment and follow through resolution of all health issues.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Possesses a degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Associates Degree, Bachelors preferred.
A minimum of one to three years current nursing experience is preferred.
Experience working with IDD population in a community setting is preferred.
Experience working with challenging behaviors/MH issues preferred.
A current LVN License and a genuine interest in
working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
In addition, a current and valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the work location.
