This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

Required Skills and Experience
At least one (1) year of experience as an RN, Home Health experience preferred
Valid California LVN license required
Current CPR certification required
Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
Located in Southern California
