We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner
-*Be able to provide a treatment plan to patient and assist in any financial or insurance questions.
And be a multi-tasker with back office assistance when necessary.

- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Providing general information to clients, patients, and visitors
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience as an Office or Medical Receptionist is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with medical office software systems such as Epic, Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of front desk operations including phone systems and appointment scheduling
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
