We are particularly interested in applicants who have prior experience with scheduling, client/customer care and introductory medical billing.
Please note: This is a full-time position located in La Mesa, CA.
Compensation is dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities: The following reflects the essential duties for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job at any time.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and caring manner Perform clerical duties and work within multiple systems (Electronic Health Records, Google Workspace, CRM) Schedule new client appointments Verify client benefit information Coordinate care between potential clients and our clinical team Comply with company policies and procedures including HIPAA, ethics, conduct, and safe working expectations Required Skills and Abilities: Computer Skills – Must be proficient in using common programs such as Google Workspace and be able to operate basic office machines such as copier, printer, and scanner Communication – Must be able to speak, read, and write in English so others may understand Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help people Time Management - Managing one's own time effectively Prioritization – Must be able to adjust to changing priorities and complete multiple projects despite interruptions Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is advantageous.
Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is beneficial.
Experience in customer service and communication is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity for handling paperwork, office equipment, and electronic devices.
Visual acuity and hearing ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Stationary - Prolonged periods in a stationary position at a desk.
Lifting - Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
Ability to work in a standard office environment with typical office equipment.
