Job Summary:
Vividion is seeking a highly motivated individual to contribute to the identification and development of novel small-molecule drugs to address unmet medical need.
The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing and executing in vivo and in vitro/ex vivo target validation and compound development studies with a focus on autoimmunity/ inflammation and will contribute to drug discovery and development as an individual and team contributor.

Required Education and Experience:

S.
/ M.
S.
in Biology (or Immunology/Pharmacology/ or related) with at least 5 years of industry /CRO drug discovery experience.
Ability to managing assigned projects, independently design, plan, and execute in vivo experiments, conduct ex vivo analysis or in vitro experiments to address drug mechanism-of-action and disease-focused hypotheses, troubleshoot experiments as needed, analyze, and interpret data.
Strong experience in developing and/or executing in vivo models, including dosing (PO, IV, IP, SC), blood and tissue collection, necropsy, and other biometric data collection.
Hands-on experience with ex vivo analysis employing contemporary cellular, molecular, and immunological techniques such as PCR or NanoString, flow cytometry, and protein analysis by Western/MSD/ELISA etc.
Demonstrated experience in data interpretation, analysis, and presentation to stakeholders.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Immunology/inflammation research experience.
Individuals with strong academic research track record will also be considered.
Experience conducting target validation, MOA, lead optimization, and IND-enabling studies.

Pay & Benefits:
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $37.
00 to $41.
00 depending on relevant skills, experience, and education.
