La Jolla Dental Implants needs an Oral surgery assistant (DA/RDA)

* *We are currently looking for a Dental Assistant for our busy high level dental practice.
The ideal candidate must be *committed to providing excellent customer service *and be open to new ideas* in order to grow within the practice.
*Essential Functions: *The essential functions of the role include but are not limited to the following: * Assisting the dentist during an examination, taking patient vital signs and performing any other tasks related to patient care.
* Taking and recording patient vital signs.
* Giving instructions to patients as needed.
* Taking and recording X-rays, blood pressure, and temperature measurements, as well as radiographs (radiographic examinations).
* Assisting the dentist as needed during emergencies.
* Following dental office procedures guidelines while maintaining documentation and accuracy in order to assist the dentist as needed during emergencies.
* Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision while performing other tasks as assigned.
* Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.
00 - $30.
