About This Job
The Consumer Banking CPI Intern will successfully drive improvement strategies that are linked to the results and will have sustained cost savings at the organizational level.
Responsible for working with teams to diagnose workflow impediments and provide support for process improvements with applicable Lean tools to eliminate waste.
Facilitate process mapping and improvement identification.
Redesigning processes to reduce costs and improve margins.
Support Business Units on individual improvement ideas and completion.
Elimination, reduction, and reallocation of existing excess capacity from process improvements.
Support the launch of a formal CPI program (platform and training materials development).
Operational improvement to support the bottom line of customer satisfaction and scalability opportunities.
Provide problem solving training to staff members.
Introduction of Lean methodology and tools to all of Consumer Banking organization.
Support launch of Daily Management boards
