Job Summary and Opportunity:
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team works to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, which enables the bank to operate successfully and to continue the bank’s growth and innovation in a highly regulated environment.
ERM focuses on the process of identification, analysis, and mitigation of the risks of doing business.
The ERM division is a small, nimble group of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) that provides sound guidance to Business Units in support of the Unit’s growth and innovation objectives.
Responsibilities:
Help enhance and enforce model risk management framework and governance
Works closely across Risk and all lines of business to identify, monitor, and ensure actions related to model risk governance are properly documented and tracked
Maintain policy/procedures to ensure that they are up to date
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive them to completion
Comfortable working in a team environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years' financial services or related industry experience
Preferred:
Financial modeling/quantitative background
Project management
