Job Summary and Opportunity:
As the business leader, you will be responsible for inspiring, managing, and growing teams.
You will have the opportunity to drive small business deposit growth, product and service development, plus lead technology projects to enhance Axos' client’s banking experience.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate strategic vision, decision making through data, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
P&L ownership of the Small Business Banking group (business accounts <$10M in revenue)
Develop business requirements, test, and launch of our future digital enrollment and banking platforms
Work with executive team and internal partners to develop new products/services/ pricing strategies
Collaborate with Marketing to expand new account acquisition based on different channels
Develop, implement, and optimize sales and retention strategies, lead the existing sales team
Create and drive Continuous Process Improvement initiatives, building on existing process, procedures, and toolkits to achieve operational efficiencies
Expand reporting tools to increase visibility into production and performance KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years' banking with 3+ years' P&L Management and sales
Track record of improving profitability and achieving sustainable growth
Preferred:
Master’s degree
