Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple Hemodialysis Nurses to support the VA San Diego Healthcare System located at 3350 La Jolla Village Dr, San Diego, CA 92161.
Multiple shift schedules are available.

The Hemodialysis RNs must willing to work cooperatively as a member of a team in all assignments at the facility.
They ensure care for the Veterans are his/her priority while in the work setting and demonstrate customer service principles in all aspects of work.
They are self-motivated in the pursuit of meeting professional work standards.

Responsibilities
Hemodialysis RNs shall work in accordance with the policies of the VA healthcare system where assigned.
Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible and accountable for providing and directing effective dialysis nursing care to individuals and groups of patients of an aging, adult population
Implements and documents nursing care during dialysis, initiates dialysis, monitors patients and dialysis machines, as well as terminates dialysis procedures as indicated
Assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient transition through the continuum of care, patient and family education, patient self-management after discharge, and supporting factors that impact customer satisfaction
Considers all characteristics of the individual, including age and life stage, state of health, race and culture, values, and previous experiences
Provides a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavior problems
Influences care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team
Poised and articulated in communicating with people of varied educational levels and varied ethnic backgrounds
Works cooperatively as a member of a team in all assignments
Participates in unit/program level quality improvement processes and initiatives as well as customer service programs
Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse academic program (BSN or ADN)
Current Registered Nurse licensure in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Two (2) years of recent Hemodialysis RN work experience is required
Pay Range: $60.
00 - $65.

All candidates must be able to:
Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
