Ophthalmic Technician

This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing quality eye care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Perform preliminary patient screenings, including documenting medical history - Assist optometrist in examinations - Administer eye drops and medications as directed by the optometrist - Conduct diagnostic tests, such as visual acuity, tonometry, and lensometry - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history and test results - Provide patient education on eye care and treatment plans - Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information, as needed.
Work with a great, highly competent team in a newly remodeled practice in the heart of Valley Center.
Experience is preferred but not required Must be able to speak Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.
