Therapist Job ( LMFT , LCSW, Psyd, Or Phd)

Welcome, we are currently hiring for therapists, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologists, LPCC and Associates! Thank you for your interest in joining the Freedom Within Team! We are a group practice providing psychotherapy to adults.
We are hiring licensed therapists in the state of CA with a preference for local San Diego therapists.
We are currently looking to hire 4 clinicians.
Therapists must be licensed in California.
We are also open to hiring Associate Clinicians who are complete or near complete (at least 2,000 hours) with their licensing hours.
Therapists can either work entirely in the office or they can opt to work remotely, performing telehealth sessions or a combination of the two! Our office is located at 2650 Camino del Rio N.
which is in Mission Valley (San Diego, CA).
We accept California licensed PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPCC and LMFT, AWS, AMFT.

*Position:* • This is a W-2 position for a therapist (psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, ASW, AMFT) to work in a private practice setting providing counseling to individuals and couples.
• Both part time and full time therapist positions available.
Client referrals are provided.
• Full time requires 24+ client hours/week with a flexible schedule and is eligible for health insurance benefits.
• Part time requires 14+ client hours/week.

• $65-$75 for Licensed Doctoral level DOE (this comes to $92k-$126k annually based on caseload size of 25-30).
• $28-$33 per clinical hour for Associate Level Clinicians (those waiting for licensure).
Supervision is provided for unlicensed therapists.
• Administrative time (for note writing, meetings, etc…) is paid at $20/hr.
Late cancellations are paid at the clinical rate.
A 90-day trial is required as we ensure a good fit for both the clinician and the practice.
Responsibilities: We offer individual and couples therapy to adults.
We do not see children in our practice.
A large number of our clients are active duty military, Veterans and young professionals.
Our practice focuses on treating PTSD, trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, postpartum and transitional issues.
You are not limited to working within this framework, however, most of the clients who are referred to Freedom Within fall under these presenting problems.
In addition, we will have upcoming opportunities to run groups for most types of clients.
Please note that we do not serve any clients under 18, if that is an area you are hoping to focus on unfortunately we will not be a good fit.
