*At Montecatini Eating Disorder Treatment Center* we are dedicated to helping women struggling with eating disorders find their way to long term, successful recovery and treatment.

Our holistic approach to treatment addresses the complexity of the disorder by utilizing several different treatment modalities.
We understand each individual is unique and because Montecatini is a small facility, we are able to design a detailed treatment program, incorporating specific program components for every patient.

*Therapist responsibilities:*
* Ensure mental health treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment
* Carry a caseload of patients where you provide individual, couples and family counseling services as clinically indicated to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment
* Run therapeutic groups that could include DBT, CBT, Relapse Prevention, Body Image, Self-Esteem, Interpersonal Process Groups, etc.
* Participate in weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, timely completion of all required documentation, and case management as necessary.
*Job Requirements:*
* Requirements: Some experience working with Eating Disorders and or Substance Abuse preferred
* Education: Master's degree from accredited school in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or relative field.
* Licensure requirements: Licensed Therapist in the State of CA as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psy.

* Work Environment: Thrive in a fast paced, ever-evolving, and growing company, that requires excellent communication skills, organization, flexibility, strong work ethic, and boundaries.
* Other: Experience working with veterans and/or PTSD not required but a plus.
