Front Desk Agent/Receptionist

We have space for a rock star front desk/reception staff member at our award winning spa-like chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage clinic.
Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Enter patient information and update records in the electronic medical records system - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning - Work closely with our providers to ensure patients stay continuous on their care plans.
- Education patients on their payment options and sell memberships.
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits.
Skills: - Strong outgoing personality, friendly and approachable.
- Computer literacy with experience using electronic medical records systems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
