*Job Description*
We are seeking energetic, multi-tasking, organized, personable and hardworking master or Senior Master level Ford technicians to provide high-quality vehicle maintenance, service, and repairs.
Technicians may work independently or in a team environment in providing exceptional vehicle service to customers, while being mindful of the control of costs.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform preventive maintenance: change oil, oil filter, fuel filter, transmission flush, and inspection of vehicle for mechanical deficiencies
* Perform some more complex repairs, advanced diagnostics, and some fabrication
* Based upon certification level, perform various repairs and maintenance which may include: OBD II systems, brake components, tires, tune-ups, suspension components, aerial lifts, electrical systems, state safety inspections, interior/exterior components, engine, drive-line components, etc.
* Keep shop area clean and tidy
* Perform work in accordance with safety standards
* Dispose of all fluids in a safe manner and in accordance with all regulations
* Create and maintain vehicle history and maintenance records.
*Qualifications*
* *Ford STARS Certification is a +++*
* High School Diploma or GED; will consider 3+ years of related work experience in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED
* 3 - 5 years of vehicle service and repair experience; 1 year of customer service experience preferred
* Valid CA driver’s license and safe driving record required
* Requires some A.
