Integrative Couples Therapy, based in Encinitas, California, is looking for a Couples Therapist to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been counseling couples for one or more years.
We are seeking a therapist with a strong passion for helping others strengthen relationships and who wants to immerse in couples therapy.

*Minimum Requirements are:*
-Current State of California license or registration as an LMFT
-Able to provide counseling to 15 to 20 couples a week
-Able to have caseload developed over a 3 - 6 month period
-Able to work two evenings per week
-Working knowledge of attachment theory
-Professional training in couples therapy that is documentable (such as EFT, Gottman, PACT, Imago, RLT).
*Preferred Requirements:*
-Emotionally Focused Therapy Externship training

We are looking for therapists that want to immerse at our practice for two or more years.
