Summary/Objective We are seeking an experienced, communicative, and compassionate therapist to join our team and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our clients.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to actively listen to problems and concerns and suggest healthy and productive ways of coping with those issues.
This role requires someone who enjoys working closely with people, especially children—not just with clients, but also other members of our team and occasionally outside agencies.
It is crucial that the therapist work closely with their team and involve their supervisor in treatment decisions, particularly those of a crisis nature.
We’re also a practice that encourages independence so the goal is for each therapist to build towards independence in their decision making and treatment planning.

* Conduct regular appointments with clients who wish to work with a mental health professional * Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients and families * Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client situations * Continually assess client situations and provide evidenced based ongoing treatments * Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary * Record and maintain adequate and timely notes and treatment plans about client visits * When required, refer clients to outside sources or agencies that can better address their specific needs * Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situation * Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance * Follow ethical standards in considering client care Competencies * Gather necessary information/data from relevant sources.

Required Education and Experience * Doctorate Degree in Psychology * Local state regulations and certifications must be met * 2+ years of experience in the field * 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents * Participation in further medical education and professional organization memberships are preferred * Proficient computer skills * Compassionate and sensitive to clients’ needs and concerns * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $100.
