Soluna’s hours of operation are from 9-2:30, making it possible for you to work at Soluna then at a private practice in the evening.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
We are looking for a bilingual, Spanish/English fluent licensed therapist to help build and grow a new bilingual track.
The therapist is responsible for creating and maintaining a person centered treatment plan and providing clinical treatment to their designated caseload.
Responsibilities include documenting progress throughout their stay in treatment.
Services will include completion of a comprehensive diagnostic assessment upon admission, creating master treatment plans, and conducting individual sessions according to the company standards.
Clinician interprets and assesses clients using their best clinical judgement and are responsible for overseeing the clinical treatment at facility.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITY
Such tasks will include assessment, diagnosis, care coordination, safety planning, crisis management and treatment planning.
The primary therapist will work towards empowering client’s ability to function independently through the delivery of therapeutic interventions, referral sources, and coordination of care.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Therapists must provide weekly individual sessions of no less than 45 minutes per week or can be divided into (2) 30 minute sessions per week as needed.
All sessions must be appropriately documented into the client’s chart on Best Notes within 24 hours from the date of session.
Primary therapists will facilitate groups on a regular basis.
Therapists are required to attend clinical meetings.
MONITORED TIMELINESS FOR DOCUMENTATION
Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment and Initial treatment planning: within 24 hours from date of admission
Master Treatment Plan: within 7 days from date of admission
Treatment plan updates: at least monthly
Discharge summary: due within 3 days of discharge
1 individual session weekly for the first 60 days of treatment
REQUIREMENTS
Valid licensure or higher licensing that is recognized and verifiable through an accredited certifying body in the state of California.
Minimum 2 years of working in the Mental Health or Substance Abuse industry
Must have a working knowledge of DSM V and ICD 10 Diagnosing
Must meet requirements for employment under the department of social services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age
