*Responsibilities:* * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Assist team leader/manager to facilitate the supply chain operation.
* Administrative work includes order processing and shipping.
Enter, track, and administer operational shipping requirements on assigned accounts.
* Ensure orders are compliant and fulfill in a timely manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls * Develop and maintain a filing system *Skills:* * Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant * Knowledge of office management systems and procedures * Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines * Intermediate skill in MS Excel (familiarity with VLookup, pivot tables, data sorting, etc) * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task * Work Independently * Professional * Interpersonal skills *Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:* * University/college degree preferred * High school diploma or equivalent education required * 3 years of administrative assistant experience * Strong knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat * Experience in SAP, and EDI are preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000 - $45,000 per annum Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer * Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing Benefits: * Health benefits: medical, dental, vision, and HSA.
