Case management nurses help create and implement treatment plans of our residents.
They collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a high quality of care.
We are looking for a nurse to manage primarily our Kaiser patients, review patient cases and work with insurance teams.

*What we’re looking for:*
You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents.
Such care must be delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services.
