We are seeking highly motivated Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in the area of business, corporate and employment litigation.
You will be responsible for providing legal support and representing our clients in various legal matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, legal drafting, and litigation.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Prepare and present oral arguments to the court
- Collaborate to develop case strategies
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Attend client meetings and maintain effective communication
-Transactional experience a PLUS.
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to California Bar
-Excellent legal research and writing
- Strong knowledge legal research platforms such as Westlaw
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
