Please call to receive a bid for installation of laminate or vinyl plank flooring, labor for basic installation is $1.
50 per square ft.
Angled or rounded rooms or entryways, difficult doorways and room transitions may cost more.
I also do removal and reinstallation and caulking of existing baseboards, or I can install new baseboards, painted, installed and caulked, charges vary based on the baseboards you select, and the cost is per linear ft.
Taller baseboards will cost more per linear ft.
I only install good quality brands.
I am familiar with great brands, and have installed them all, from Floor & Decor, Home Depot, Costco, Lowes, Sam's Club, LL Flooring (Lumber Liquidators), Flooring Liquidators, and others.

Installation does not include flooring products, those must be purchased by you first, before installation.
Installation of planks, risers and stair noses or engineered capa tread stairs on stair cases are priced differently, as they are much more difficult.
For stairwells, and stair cases, I charge by the stair, not by square feet.
