For example if it takes 3 hours and 20 minutes to do your move, your bill will be for 3.

Billing time starts when our movers arrive to the origin address and it stop when everything is delivered to destination and job is finished.
In accordance with regulations of BHGS (Bureau of Household Goods Services) [formerly PUC] the actual drive time between point of origin (moving from address) and point of destination (moving to address) will be doubled.
If it takes 15 minutes to drive, it will be 30 minutes of double driving on the bill.
Time billed for driving is a part of a 3-hour minimum charge.
