I'm experienced in real estate sales, financing, remodeling, and construction.
I'm also familiar with property management.
If you have a lead generating system, I can screen the properties SFR, 1-4 units, 5+ units, for fix & flip or long term rentals.
I'm able to complete proformas, repair cost, due diligence, Broker Price Opinions/After Repair Value, and oversee the work.
